S.P Chauffeur — Company Policy

At S.P Chauffeur, we are dedicated to providing safe, professional, and exceptional transportation services. To maintain transparency and fairness for all our clients and staff, we kindly ask all customers to follow the policies outlined below:

1. No Alcohol with Minors Present

As per provincial and federal regulations, alcohol consumption or possession is strictly prohibited in any S.P Chauffeur vehicle when minors (under 18 years of age) are present. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the trip without any refund.

2. Limitation of Liability

S.P Chauffeur is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of passengers inside or outside the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages, disputes, injuries, or incidents occurring during or after the service period.

3. Payment and Late Fees

All invoices must be paid on time. Any overdue or unpaid balances may incur a late fee of 5% to 10% per week, applied at the discretion of S.P Chauffeur. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of future bookings.

4. Damage Responsibility

Any damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment during the service will be the full financial responsibility of the person who made the booking. Charges for repair or replacement will be assessed and billed by S.P Chauffeur accordingly.

5. Personal Belongings

S.P Chauffeur is not liable for any personal belongings left, lost, or damaged during the ride. Passengers are advised to double-check their items before leaving the vehicle.
